Become part of the Next.Move community and join our Run Club. Every Sunday, we head out from Next.Move Karlín in multiple pace groups, so everyone can find their rhythm, from complete beginners to experienced runners. Next.Move Run Club is open and free for everyone, regardless of membership.
Sauna
Reset after your workout and unwind in the sauna, helping muscles relax and allowing your body to shift from performance to recovery. Heat supports relaxation, calms the mind, and accelerates regeneration.
Design studio
Experience group classes in a unique club atmosphere with dynamic lighting, curated sound, and highly functional equipment. Energy Studio is dedicated to body & mind classes, including hot formats for an even more intense yoga or Pilates experience. Game On Studio is a high-energy, boxing-inspired space for Next.Battle classes, flexible enough to adapt quickly to Les Mills programs.
